Tau Gamma Phi  West Overseas recognizes the importance of continuous education and professional development, thus we provide opportunities for members to enhance their knowledge and skills through various seminars, workshops and trainings.

We also uphold the values of integrity, respect, and accountability within our organization and strive to be role models for the younger generation.

We are dedicated to preserving and promoting brotherhood among our members, both locally and globally. We cherish the bonds we have formed and continuously work towards strengthening them through the guidance of a global structure, a ratified Global Constitution, a ratified Global Bylaws and Implementing Guidelines, various trainings, activities and events.

TGP Western Overseas is committed to the advancement and progress of our fraternity and will continue to uphold our Tenets and Code of Conduct, the Global structure, uphold the no contact policy in our member development and acceptance process and the legacy of our founders.
